What color combinations are available for siding and windows?
There are many color combinations offered to meet customer
interior and exterior preferences. Depending on the style and
manufacturer you choose we can show you the customized palette
they provide and also check to see if they can custom create a

How can I get
SMUD financing?
Just give us a call
and we can provide you a bid for services. Take that bid to SMUD
and request financing. We are a certified SMUD contractor. Once
you are approved, we begin the work. It's as simple as that! [more

How do I pay you for the work
you provide?
Payments are made
COD. Once we complete the contracted work we are paid COD by
either check, MO, Cashiers Check, Cash, or credit card. SMUD
financing is handled through SMUD and there is no cash out of
pocket.
What is a U-value?
Ultimately it shows its insulating ability. A U-value indicates
the rate of heat loss of the window. It calculates air
infiltration and water infiltration If the U-value is low, the
greater a window’s resistance to heat flow and the better its
insulating value.
What does R-value mean?
An R-value shows the resistance to heat flow at areas within the
window. A high R-value will lose less heated (or cooled) air.
This in turn will help with your energy bills.
What is Low-E glass?
Low-E (low-emissivity) treated glass is made up of millions of
tiny metallic flakes that bounce the heat back to the heat
source, while still allowing the light to pass through the
glass.
What are the benefits to replacing my windows?
New windows are custom built to fit, they are made with
consistent strength and color retention. They typically hold a
lower U-value than other older duel pane windows due to advance
technology. They will help with many nuisances, such as; noise,
outside pollutants, moisture, mold, and even warping. See more

How long does the installation process take to replace my
windows?
The duration of each window project varies due to the amount of
windows, but typically is done within one to two days. See

Do you give free
estimates?
Yes, we give free estimates throughout the Sacramento, Placer
area.
What do you do for me when you come out on a free estimate?
We will check all your windows and offer suggestions on
improving your situation. We will show you options available to
you and give you pricing on your selections. We will answer any
questions you might have at the time we come out as well.
How do I know if it is time to change out my windows?
